Hello hot stuff!

I'm soaking up the summer vibes with so much to celebrate!! 

I'm super proud of all my coaching clients' career journey results. What really lights me up is the positive change their work creates in the world.

☀️ After my client quit a new job after four days because something was "off", she landed her DREAM JOB last week. In the interview, the Head of People asked her to write out her ideal job description. And guess what? That is what they gave her: fully remote with opportunities to travel. She is “Over. The. Moon.” I'm so proud of her for taking such a huge leap of trust.

☀️  Wrapped up three months of private coaching with a client who said that our work together was more transformative than she even anticipated! I can’t wait to hear how the work we did together will continue to enrich her family and her career goals of freelancing by next year.

☀️ Completed LinkedIn and resume audits for three VIP clients seeking to make a career transition by the end of the year. (Are you next?)
 

☀️ A new member of my group program reached out and told me, “I feel like it is honestly a perfect fit for some questions I am asking myself.” I am so excited to see how her new career will affect her growing family as she decides whether or not to head back to her current job after maternity leave.

☀️ Another client realized that she doesn't have to say yes to all invitations. She can offer a quick “let me sleep on it” and see if it feels good later. This means she gets to show up without guild and truly enjoy the company she keeps.

☀️ Over the past month I had a successful launch of my career clarity club which begins on August 10.

☀️ 2 proposals out for potential clients and I wonder who else will reach out to me this month?
