I’m Nic Frick and I’m going to take you from burnout, underwhelm and overwork to enjoying your weekends and actually taking your vacation days.

For 8+ years I’ve spoken with thousands of candidates and trained interviewers. I’ve coached 20+ clients to figure out the next steps in their careers, how to navigate the interview process, and land amazing jobs.

I’ve worked with clients who are in different phases of their career: new moms who aren’t sure they want to go back to work, SAHM with resume gaps, laid off or unemployed, burned out, career pivots, or just to make sure their current career trajectory is meaningful and sustainable.

I’ve done the impossible and pivoted from the service industry to tech to coaching.

I want to help you find the work that lights you up so you can go and get it, too!

A few things about me:

• I love sharing career strategy tips from resumes to interviews all the way through negotiations and your first 90 days at work. It’s important to me that you learn how to sprinkle glitter and fun along the way, not just doing head’s down work.

• I’m a huge fan of stories about big, and especially small wins, because tiny courageous actions are what makes us human and more aligned with the life we desire (and usually gives us clues into what we want in our careers).

• I also believe that small celebrations really amplify and get us faster to our bigger wins and goals.

• Not a day goes by that I don’t need a dance break. I find this to be true for my clients as well.
