Come say hi!

It’s been a year since the pandemic was officially declared last year.

I’m grieving my second pandemic birthday where I usually rent a gorgeous AirBnb with friends just spending time together, sharing meals and belly laughs…

…while simultaneously celebrating the Spring feelings that are arriving here in San Francisco.

Isn’t it amazing how we can hold multiple truths at once? 

I wanted to sneak in here before the weekend, because I am celebrating the THIRTIETH day of my 100 day project.

I have been going live on Instagram every weekday since February 1st.

Time has really flown by for me and I love showing up authentically on IG to share my thoughts on Personal / Professional Development, Career Strategy and Radical Self-Love.

You may have also noticed that I reverted back to my original IG handle, @HeyNicFrick. It just felt more aligned and I’m glad to see some of you have joined me there.
