checking in on you

Today has been challenging for me to focus.

It has probably been for you, too.


Here are a few things to help your nervous system and your ability to fill your own cup, so you can help others (eventually).

  1. Five Finger Breathing. Check out my IGTV.

  2. Find your favorite song to dance to and move your body in a way that feels good.

  3. Take a child's pose for as long as you need. Reminder: it's always available to you.

  4. Watch Bridgerton on Netflix.

  5. Sign up for my vision board party this Saturday to gather with other womxn and support each other.
